My wife and I found a lot on Lake Martin with a great view, but it was quite steep. We were not sure if it was suitable for a house. A realtor and friend suggested that we call Kenny. He met us at the lot and hiked the land with us. Kenny concluded that he could indeed make it happen. From that beginning until now, four years later, Kenny has been a phone call away.
